Villa Ocean-Walk is a brand new, 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, 1-story house, located in the heart of Playa Guiones (J section), a few minutes walks to shops, restaurants, and beach with an all-year-round surf break. The house is very private, located in ‘J Section’ at the end of a Cul-de-sac, surrounded by mainly nature preserve.

Can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two rooms have king beds, the 3rd room has 2 twin-xl beds. Each room has its own bathroom/shower with a small garden and open-sky view, its own A/C unit, ceiling fan, built-in closet, and security safe. Large fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, all overlooking a private saltwater pool. WIFI (100MB fiber optic) throughout the house. Step outside the kitchen to a cozy patio with full equipped BBQ station, outdoor shower with a surfboard rack. The house is also equipped with a monitored alarm system.
