Casa Oolibka is nestled in one of the most secure neighborhoods above Guiones in the Nosara region, offering mesmerizing ocean vistas and quick access, less than a 10-minute drive, to the renowned Guiones surf beach via paved roads.
Our residence in the Las Huacas community strictly observes a noise ordinance from 10 pm to 7 am. We kindly request our guests to respect the serene environment of this residential community. Please refrain from hosting events, parties, or any disruptive activities during your stay.
This 4-bedroom abode accommodates 10 guests comfortably, featuring 1 king bed and 4 queen beds. Notable amenities include a 2-car garage, secure gated entry, a game room, full home solar power, water filtration system, recycled grey water irrigation, and UV-resistant laminated glass folding windows and doors. Allow the culinary artist among you to revel in the expansive outdoor kitchen, a grand 20-foot center island, and ample dining spaces both indoors and al fresco. Should you desire, we can assist in arranging a private chef for your culinary indulgences.
On the property, you'll also find a separate 4-bedroom guest house with its own private pool and entrance, available for separate rental. If you have a larger group and wish to book both homes, please do let us know.
