DESCRIPTION
Casa Ananda is a newly constructed home located in the K section of Playa Guiones. This property is made up of three private casitas, one main house with a loft, a salt water pool, a private yoga rancho and a large and luscious garden! The Bali inspired design sits perfectly in the jungles of Costa Rica. This home sleeps up to 8 people, all with their own private space and air conditioning. This private oasis is perfect for a large family gathering or even a small retreat.
LOCATION IS EVERYTHING
The K section of Guiones is one of the most desirable rental locations. This neighborhood is primarily residential which allows you to enjoy the quiet time away from the more trafficked areas. Yet, you are still just steps away from the beach and a short drive (or a 15 minute walk) to the restaurants and shops! The closest beach entrance, Baker’s Beach, is best known for its mellow waves and community sunset gatherings.
ON THE INSIDE
The main house of Casa Ananda is where you will find the communal areas such as the kitchen and living space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends! Not in the mood to cook? Let us book a private chef for you and your group and try some of the amazing authentic dishes that Costa Rica has to offer. The main house also contains a sleeping area in the loft.
In addition to the main house, there are three separate casitas each equipped with a king sized bed, a large ensuite bathroom with plenty of closet space, a safe, air conditioning, a private outdoor shower and best of all, a large balinese bathtub! The casitas also have the ability to be opened up entirely with surrounding glass doors, or kept private with the floor length curtains.
ON THE OUTSIDE
Casa Ananda has one of the most spacious gardens you will find in the area! Spend your time relaxing in the salt water pool between surf lessons and yoga classes. Like to practice yoga on your own? This property comes with it’s own private yoga shala!
The wall surrounding the property gives you the privacy you need to enjoy your time away from the excitement of Nosara. There is plenty of parking within the property wall.
